WHAT IS A COOKIE?

Your browsing, as a User, on the Site https://www.aero-en.com/ may result in the use of Cookies. Cookies consist of a set of data, a small text file, installed by your browser on your terminal's hard drive during your visit to a website. For example, cookies allow Aero to be informed of the characteristics of your visit to the Site (type of browser, etc.).

Which cookies are used by Aero, and what are they for? When you browse the Site, certain information is automatically sent to Aero by the browser used on your terminal and is temporarily stored in a log file.

Session and Preference Cookies
Aero uses different types of Cookies, including session and preference cookies, which are essential for navigating and ensuring the proper functioning of the Site.

The purpose of these two categories of cookies is as follows:
Session Cookies: They allow the Site to track your browsing so as not to ask you repeatedly for the same information that you have already entered during the same browsing session. They allow us to detect that you have already visited certain pages of the Site.
Preference Cookies: To customize your user interface (e.g., for language choice or the presentation of a Service), to differentiate you from another User to enhance your browsing on the Site, as well as the Services offered to you.

Social Media Cookies
Aero also uses social media cookies generated by social media sharing buttons (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
The purpose of these Cookies is to allow you to share the Site's publications on your social networks.

Facebook Pixels
Aero uses Facebook pixels from Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that measures the effectiveness of an Aero advertisement by tracking your actions on the site.
The Facebook pixel is triggered whenever you perform an action on the site.
The Facebook pixel allows Aero to ensure that advertisements initiated by Aero are displayed only on the pages of Users who have shown interest in the relevant services.

Aero also tracks the actions of Facebook users after they have seen or clicked on one of its Facebook ads. This functionality allows Aero to generate statistics on its advertising campaigns.

The data collected via the Facebook pixel are as follows:

Timestamp;
URL (previously visited page);
Campaign-related information (including impression specification, form field, activated button).
The data collected is anonymous and does not allow Aero to identify the User.
If you log in to your Facebook account after accepting the placement of Facebook pixels or if you visit the site while logged in to your Facebook account, it is possible that personal data may be stored and processed by Facebook.
You can find more information about Facebook pixels HERE, as well as Facebook's privacy policy by visiting their usage policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Facebook Lookalike Audiences
Aero uses Facebook Lookalike Audiences.
Facebook Lookalike Audiences use the information collected by Facebook pixels to identify common characteristics among the users comprising this audience (e.g., interests in a specific Aero service).
Using this tool, Facebook then displays Aero ads to an audience made up of people considered "similar" to the relevant users.
You can find more information about Facebook Lookalike Audiences HERE, as well as Facebook's privacy policy by visiting their usage policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Browser type/version;
Operating system used;

This data is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.
