Refund policy

We are committed to providing the best drones at the lowest prices. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return any items that do not suit you, subject to the following conditions; otherwise, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my drone?

If you're not completely satisfied with your drone, we'll be happy to give you a refund.

To do so, please email us at info@aero-en.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number and explaining the reasons for the return. Please note that it often takes a little practice to get used to using the drone before you can start flying it successfully and really enjoy the Aero experience.

We will guide you through the return and refund procedure. Please note that the return parcel must have a valid tracking number and that the return costs are at the customer's expense (the return parcel must be sent back to the sender's address).

All returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, without any visible signs of use and with all original accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

What is the guarantee on my solar shower?

We are totally confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a “2-year warranty” extension to all our customers who order Aero insurance.

If you have not ordered insurance, you will still benefit from a 2-year warranty on your drone. If you have a problem, please contact us at info@aero-en.com with your order number and details of the problem. We'll do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible! (we respond within 24 hours)

For customers who have not subscribed or who have stopped their subscription to replacement heads, a 2-year guarantee applies.
For customers who stopped their subscription more than 3 months ago, the 2-year warranty applies from the date of purchase.

What should I do if a product is missing?

If you have a missing product in your parcel, please write to us (within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your product) at info@aero-en.com, giving us your order number and details of the problem. We will then do our best to send you the items missing from your order as soon as possible. Please do not return any products until you have received a reply from us.
